DRAWINGS

Painting either in oil, charcoal, or pencil, allows me to show the viewer how I see and express the world I inhabit. Through my art, I am trying to capture a feeling, tell a story, or re-create a memory.  I want my creations to look like they are real, full of light, form, and color. Using symbolic objects that I have collected and curated in a picture, I reconnect to the story teller within, and to the never ending need for expression.
